Christopher Hobbs, son-in-law of the late PA State Senator James Rhoades who is the attorney representing Mary Edith Rhoades in the wrongful death, injury, and recovery suit against Mr. and Mrs. Senavitis.
James and Edith Rhoades insured by Nationwide Insurance Company and represented by Christopher Hobbs, husband of Alisa Rhoades have already recieved $400,000 for under insured motorist coverage they had by Nationwide for an accident he caused by crossing into the on coming lane slamming into Mr. Senavitis.
Christopher Hobbs has continued to push for money from Mr. and Mrs. Senavitis’ insurance company since the beginning of December 2008 and has most recently put in a LETTER OF DEMAND on Safe Auto their insurer.
The LETTER OF DEMAND which was sent in by Christopher Hobbs representing James and Edith Rhoades what is that, it is a letter demanding Safe Auto, Mr. and Mrs. Senavitis’ insurance company, to settle this claim IMMEDIATELY.
Safe Auto is refusing settlement at this time as the matter is still being investigated as more and more evidence is coming forward proving Mr. Senavitis’ innocense and proof of the cover-up.
Not only have Mr. and Mrs. Senavitis been notiied of these actions but have also been notified that Yamila Yafar had also put in a suit claim against them.
Mr. and Mrs. Senavitis retained an attorney immediately after Mr. Senavitis was released from the hospital for damages to his vehicle and injuries as a result of the accident of October 17, 2008 caused by Senator Rhoades darting into his lane and vehicle while going around Yamila Yafar. At this time Senator James Rhoades’ estate was frozen which doesn’t make them happy does it. This was also important for the Senavitis’ to do right away as Nationwide wanted to settle with them immediately without attorney involvement.
Yamila Yafar, she got out of alot of traffic violations as well as possible cause of the accident and gets to sue Mr. and Mrs. Senavitis also. Is Christopher Hobbs her attorney or didn’t she need one, she’s got nothing against her does she?
With prosecution withholding discovery and handing over inadequate discovery which can be changed for their benefit making the defense delay trial over and over just gave Christopher Hobbs more time to push the insurance company to make a settlement on the only information they have which is the Police Report sworn and signed by PA State Trooper Officer James Beers.
Christopher Hobbs thinks if he DEMANDS settlement for Edith Rhoades and her family the estate will be unfroze and Mr. Senavitis will be found more guilty in the public eye as they have made him and keep blindsiding us to think before the trial making this part of the trial.
